I had a wonderful talk radio show called Help, Hope & Healing on WWLZ820am in Elmira, New York, 2010-2012. As life would have it, my plate became very full and my two year run with HH&H had to come to a close in order to keep a healthy balance in my life. Below are the 50+ shows I created, along with all of the amazing people I had as guests on my show. I learned so much in those two short years and developed some wondrous friendships. The first interview listed, "Living, Loving & Unlearning Interview with Cynthia Brennen, LMSW", is an interview I had as a guest on WWLZ, September, 2014, with Smitty O'Loughlin, GM of Community Broadcasters. In the two years since my radio show ended, I wrote Living, Loving & Unlearning: A therapist's guide to healing and living authentically from the inside out. Smitty graciously offered to interview me on the release of my book and my book signing at Barnes & Noble. Life does come full circle.
